3 Ingredient Breakfast Muffins
These are great for the freezer! I love to use this recipe for breakfast muffins by pairing it with bacon, egg and cheese, before placing them in the freezer. It’s great for quick breakfasts on busy mornings.
3 cups self-raising flour
1.5 - 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp salt
Ingredients:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Knead for a few minutes, until the ingredients are mixed well.
Roll out dough to about 2-3cm thick
Use a glass or cookie cutter to for circles.
Place on lined baking tray.
Bake until golden brown and a tester comes out clean.

Can add cheese, chives, spring onions or bacon in the dough for extra flavour.
