3 Ingredient Breakfast Muffins

These are great for the freezer! I love to use this recipe for breakfast muffins by pairing it with bacon, egg and cheese, before placing them in the freezer. It’s great for quick breakfasts on busy mornings.

  • 3 cups self-raising flour

  • 1.5 - 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Knead for a few minutes, until the ingredients are mixed well.

  3. Roll out dough to about 2-3cm thick

  4. Use a glass or cookie cutter to for circles.

  5. Place on lined baking tray.

  6. Bake until golden brown and a tester comes out clean.

  7. Enjoy!
