Learn On The Go
23 . 6 . 2025
We all know how important education is. It’s written on posters, mentioned in public speeches, and of course, encouraged by family members. What may need to be further discussed on the other hand, is learning on the go (or as you go). What I mean by this, is that it’s amazing what a person absorbs while exploring. This can be exploring the world or new hobbies.
I have been fortunate enough to explore different places around the world with my family, and something I’ve realised, now that I’m older, is how much I have learnt through travel. Travel has not only given me memories, but has taught me so much about places, its people, their cultures and various languages. Travel has allowed me to gain new perspectives and has given me a better understanding of the world and the people in it. You’ll be shocked at the amount of fun facts I learnt about animals while staying at a bush lodge in South Africa for a few days. An appreciation for what I have and the opportunities I’m faced with, along with great inspiration, is gathered, all while travelling the world.
So, if you have the opportunity to travel, even if it’s your home country - take it! Yes travel can be stressful and can come with a lot of challenges, but memories will be made and lessons will be learned.
On that note, take the chance to explore this wonderful and complex world God has created. Each of us has been placed here for a reason, so let’s make the most of it and live it up!!
“For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer” 1 Timothy 4:4-5
“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” Psalm 118:24
Lots of love, Cara
