No Sugar, Vanilla Flapjacks

I was shocked the first time I made these. Usually “healthy” pancakes don’t taste the best, but these taste AMAZING! Slightly sweet, vanilla flapjacks/pancakes perfect for breakfast.

  • 1 1/4 cup plain flour (can substitute)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (can add more)

  • 3 Tblsp honey

  • 1 cup no added sugar vanilla Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

Ingredients:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and whisk until smooth.

  2. Spoon batter into a frying pan and cook for a few minutes until ready.

  3. Enjoy!

  • Flapjacks can be frozen once cooked (great for meal prepping).

  • Serve with yoghurt/cream/berries/honey/syrup/bacon (honestly whatever you like).
