Peanut Butter, Oat Balls

This a great healthy snack that will satisfy your sweet craving. I enjoy keeping these in the freezer so there is always a healthy snack available. Reminds me of peanut butter and syrup on toast (a childhood favourite). Have a try…

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup melted peanut butter

  • 1 Tblsp honey

Ingredients:

  1. Mix oats and coconut together.

  2. Add the melted peanut butter and honey. Mix well.

  3. Enjoy!

  • Can be frozen (great for prepping snacks).

  • This recipe can be made gluten free (GF) - use GF oats.
